Honey Nut Protein Balls

A deliciously treat for afternoon tea.

½ cup TGNC Manuka Honey Cashews
1 tbsp Sunflower seeds
2 tbsp Shredded coconut
2 tbsp Cacao powder
1 tbsp Vanilla protein powder
¼ cup Peanut butter
2 tbsp Coconut oil
½ cup Extra TGNC Manuka Honey Cashews,
Finely chopped


Process cashews in the base of a small food processor until finely chopped. Add in the seeds, coconut, powders, peanut butter and coconut oil and process until the mixture comes together in a ball. 

Roll tablespoons of mixture into round balls. Coat in extra chopped Manuka Honey Cashews to cover. 

Serve or keep in an airtight container for up to 3 days.


If you don’t have a food processor, just finely chop nuts using a knife and mix remaining ingredients together in a bowl.
