135g TGNC Southern Style BBQ Cashews
200g Cured Italian Salami
200g Goats Cheese
75g Cream Cheese
1 tbsp of Olive Oil
1 jar of Caramelized Onion
1 jar of Marinated Olives
Salt
Put the goat’s cheese, cream cheese, olive oil and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Beat with an electric whisk until blended and light. Chill for up to 24 hours.
Serve the Smokey BBQ cashews on a platter with cured Italian salami, whipped goats cheese with caramelised onion and marinated olives. Keep the platter simple, for stunning results.
