Made using premium, delicious Australian Macadamias sourced from native trees in lush rainforests, Suncoast Gold’s Macadamia Oil is fantastic for cooking and frying due to it’s high-heat tolerance, but can also be used to bake thanks to it’s subtle, nutty flavour.     The oil is great for salads. The previous cap design was good. The new cap design is a conundrum – the plastic insert in the cap has no pouring hole and the cap can’t be put back over the plastic insert – and the latter is difficult to remove to access the oil. Wonder if this new cap was prototype-tested?
