A dessert in smoothie form.
2 cups (480ml) Suncoast Gold Macadamia Milk
2 tsp fresh lemon juice, plus more to taste
½ cup (70g) raw unsalted cashews, soaked
1 tsp natural vanilla extract
3 cups (375g) frozen strawberries
sweetener (optional)
Throw all of the ingredients into a blender and blast on high for 30 to 60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
