Ingredients

2 cups (480ml) Suncoast Gold Macadamia Milk
2 to 3 chopped pitted dates, plus more to taste
½ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp ground ginger
⅛ tsp ground nutmeg
⅛ tsp ground cardamom
pinch ground cloves
2 large frozen sliced bananas

Method

Throw all of the ingredients into a blender and blast on high for 30 to 60 seconds until smooth and creamy. Tweak dates to taste.
