A guilt free sweet treat, made in a blender.
1 cup (240ml) Suncoast Gold Macadamia Milk
2 tbs pure maple syrup, plus more to taste
1 tbs fresh lemon juice, plus more taste
¼ tsp + ⅛ tsp ground cardamom, plus more to taste
pinch natural salt
3 cups (480g) frozen mango chunks
Pour the macadamia milk, maple syrup, lemon juice, and cardamom into a high-speed blender, and process on low for a few seconds until combined.
Add the frozen mango, and process on high for 20 to 30 seconds until combined and the consistency of frozen yogurt.
Add maple syrup, lemon juice, and cardamom to taste, process again for few seconds.
Serve immediately like frozen yogurt, or transfer to the freezer for 1 to 2 hours to firm up like sorbet. Any longer in the freezer and you will get some crystallization.
