A great tasting recipe to introduce you to healthy green smoothies.

½ cucumber
1 green apple
1 tsp lime juice
1 cup spinach
1 mango
1 cup Suncoast Gold Macadamia Milk
1 tbsp chia seeds


Throw all of the ingredients into a blender and blast on high for 30 to 60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
